Field Sales Executive

About the role

The Field Sales Executive will be the face of Davidorlah Farms in the Marina area, promoting our agricultural products and services directly to customers. You will work independently in the field, building relationships and driving revenue through proactive outreach and follow‑up.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential customers within the assigned territory.
• Promote and explain the company’s products and services to prospects.
• Generate new leads through field visits, networking, referrals and other sales activities.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into successful sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Conduct regular market visits to uncover new business opportunities.
• Monitor competitors, market trends and customer needs.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity and performance reports.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads and sales.

Required profile

• Minimum OND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in field sales, business development or marketing.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets (advantageous).
• Good knowledge of the assigned market or territory.
• Willingness to travel regularly for field visits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and be target‑driven.

What we offer
