Field Engineer – Elevator Installation & Commissioning

About the role

The Field Engineer will lead the installation, testing and commissioning of elevator systems across project sites in Accra, Ghana and Lomé, Togo. You will ensure that all work complies with technical specifications, safety standards and project timelines while coordinating with on‑site teams.

Key responsibilities

• Install, test and commission elevator systems at multiple locations.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams and installation specifications.
• Conduct pre‑installation inspections and verify site readiness.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues during installation and commissioning.
• Maintain compliance with safety, quality and project delivery standards.

Required profile

• HND or B.Eng. in Electrical, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum of 3 years hands‑on experience in elevator or MEP installation.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, control panels and technical drawings.
• Ability to work on‑site, at heights and across multiple project locations.
