About the role
A Fashion Store Manager is needed in Lagos (Marina) to run a fashion retail store. The role covers day-to-day store operations, staff supervision and sales performance.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations and achieve sales targets
- Supervise and motivate store staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and build client relationships
- Maintain premium store presentation and visual merchandising
- Monitor inventory, stock movement and store performance
Required profile
- Minimum of OND in a relevant discipline
- 3-5 years' experience in fashion retail management
- Strong leadership, sales and customer service skills
Required skills
- Knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising
- Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Excel
