Expert Detailing Representative – Lagos

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Expert Detailing Representative to join a leading global consumer healthcare company in Lagos. You will engage healthcare providers (HCPs) with scientific data, digital tools, and therapeutic insights to drive brand awareness and adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct expert detailing sessions with HCPs, presenting clinical data and therapeutic benefits.
• Recruit HCPs to digital platforms and support remote engagement initiatives.
• Utilize multiple channels (face‑to‑face, remote, email, webinars) to maintain meaningful interactions.
• Guide HCPs in accessing patient communication tools and digital resources.
• Promote participation in Continuous Medical Education (CME) modules.
• Maintain in‑call quality, monitor performance metrics, and achieve KPIs such as AWR, BRMO, and SoR.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with HCPs across the territory.
• Distribute medical samples to support patient trials and product conversion.
• Track and meet territory sales targets while providing market insights and competitor intelligence.
• Organize and support educational events and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required profile

• BSc or equivalent in a relevant scientific field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related healthcare role.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and CRM systems, specifically Veeva.
