Event Technical Production Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Event Technical Production Manager to lead the end‑to‑end technical delivery of live events in Lekki, Lagos. The role combines creative oversight with strict safety and brand compliance, ensuring each show runs flawlessly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and execute technical production for large‑scale live events.
• Lead and supervise technical teams, and manage external vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee AV, lighting, staging, rigging and show‑control systems, troubleshooting issues in real time.
• Maintain brand standards and creative quality throughout the production process.
• Control budgets, monitor costs and conduct post‑event reviews to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Degree in Event Production, Engineering or a related discipline.
• 7–10 years of hands‑on experience in technical event production, preferably on large‑scale events.
• Proven ability to manage complex AV and lighting setups and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and a focus on safety and compliance.
