Entry Level Training Program – 2026

About the role

Access Bank’s Entry Level Training Program (ELTP) is a 2026‑launch graduate initiative designed to develop the next generation of banking leaders in Nigeria. Participants will undergo intensive learning at the School of Banking Excellence and gain hands‑on experience in either retail banking or technology‑focused tracks.

Key responsibilities

• Complete a structured curriculum at the School of Banking Excellence.
• For the Retail track: deliver exceptional customer service, manage branch operations, and build client relationships.
• For the Tech track: support digital transformation projects, solve business problems, and contribute to innovative solutions.
• Collaborate with mentors and senior staff to apply classroom knowledge to real‑world banking scenarios.

Required profile

• Second‑Class Lower Division (2:2) degree in any discipline from an accredited university.
• Residency in Nigeria or eligibility to work in Nigeria.
• Completion of NYSC.
• Access to a personal laptop and reliable internet connection.
• Apply for only one ELTP track; multiple applications will lead to disqualification.
