E-commerce Manager – Shopify & Growth Marketing

About the role

The E-commerce Manager will own the commercial performance of FMR Agency’s Shopify platform, driving revenue growth through strategic digital and growth marketing initiatives. You will combine data‑driven insights with AI‑enabled automation to optimise acquisition, conversion and retention across the online store.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute e‑commerce, digital marketing and growth strategies to increase online revenue.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to improve customer acquisition, conversion rates, retention and operational efficiency.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant platforms.
• Optimise website performance, product merchandising, customer journeys and conversion funnels.
• Design and run email marketing, remarketing, customer‑retention and abandoned‑cart recovery programmes.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, retention and revenue.
• Collaborate with sales, content, product and creative teams to deliver high‑impact growth campaigns.
• Build and continuously improve a scalable digital commerce system to support long‑term growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E‑commerce, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing Shopify stores or e‑commerce operations.
• Proven track record in growth, digital and performance marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into commercial decisions.
• Experience in fashion, lifestyle, retail or consumer‑goods sectors is highly preferred.
• Excellent project management, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
