Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a creative, analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our fintech brand’s online presence, drive customer acquisition, and support business growth through innovative digital campaigns and data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies aligned with acquisition, retention, and revenue goals.
• Manage and grow social media platforms to boost engagement, reach, and brand awareness within the fintech ecosystem.
• Create and optimise content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Plan and run performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and related platforms.
• Monitor website traffic, SEO rankings, landing‑page performance, and user experience to improve conversions.
• Design and manage email marketing journeys, lead‑nurturing initiatives, and customer segmentation.
• Analyse campaign metrics and provide actionable insights to enhance ROI and effectiveness.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend monitoring specific to fintech.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and customer experience teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, banking or technology‑driven industries.
• Relevant certifications such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta Blueprint are a plus.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proficiency in email platforms like Mailchimp and HubSpot.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, website optimisation and conversion‑rate optimisation.
• Experience with analytics tools, including Google Analytics.
