Digital Marketing Manager – Growth & Campaign Lead

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will own Ileero GO’s digital growth strategy, driving brand awareness and customer acquisition across multiple channels. You will work closely with product, operations and design teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall digital marketing and growth strategy for Ileero GO.
• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Create and manage content strategies for social media, website, email and advertising.
• Oversee social media presence, content calendar, posting and audience engagement.
• Lead email marketing and CRM programmes, including segmentation and automated journeys.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer research to refine targeting and positioning.
• Monitor website and landing‑page performance, applying SEO and CRO techniques.
• Identify and manage creators, influencers, agencies and other marketing partners.
• Track campaign performance and use data insights to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in digital, growth or performance marketing.
• Experience in mobility, transportation, travel or logistics marketing is preferred.
• Proven ability to design and execute multi‑channel digital campaigns.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills to translate product features into customer benefits.
• Analytical mindset with problem‑solving capabilities.
• Self‑starter who can work independently in a fast‑paced, growth‑focused environment.
