Digital Marketing & Growth Executive

About the role

The client is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to lead all digital initiatives, boost patient acquisition and strengthen the brand in the health‑tech space. You will manage the online presence, run paid campaigns, and create engaging content that supports doctors and patients alike.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and other channels to drive patient acquisition.
• Monitor performance metrics, report on traffic, CAC, bookings and ROI, and continuously improve conversion rates.
• Manage social‑media accounts, create and publish health‑education and doctor‑visibility content, and grow community engagement.
• Maintain and update website content on WordPress, ensure SEO best practices, and improve landing‑page conversion for consultation bookings.
• Design marketing assets such as social creatives, banners, campaign graphics and doctor‑visibility materials using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Support the production of short marketing videos, reels and other digital assets.
• Ensure consistent brand presentation across all digital touchpoints and assist with public health‑awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital or growth marketing, preferably in a fast‑paced startup environment.
• Proven ability to manage paid advertising, social media and website content.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting on key performance indicators.
• Interest in health‑tech and a passion for empowering doctors through digital solutions.
