About the role
The Dealer Manager will lead the development and performance of our Buy‑Now‑Pay‑Later dealer network in the assigned territory. You will be responsible for recruiting new dealers, driving sales targets, and ensuring brand standards and customer service excellence.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit and onboard new dealers to expand the network.
- Monitor dealer performance against sales targets and KPIs.
- Design and execute dealer sales strategies to increase product penetration.
- Provide training on product knowledge, pricing, and promotional activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to assess branding, compliance and operational standards.
- Resolve dealer‑related issues promptly to maintain strong relationships.
- Analyse sales data to spot growth opportunities and address concerns.
- Prepare periodic reports on dealer performance, market trends and competitor activity.
- Enforce company policies, pricing structures and ethical standards.
Required profile
- Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
- Good knowledge of distribution networks and dealer operations.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools.
