About the role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Customer Service and Telemarketing Representative. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve issues and introducing them to new products.
Key responsibilities
- Attend to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Communicate with existing customers to ensure they are not experiencing difficulties with our products and services.
- Introduce new products and solicit new business through proactive outreach.
- Contact assigned potential customers and sell products via telemarketing calls.
Required profile
- Minimum OND in a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar customer service or telemarketing role.
