Creative Strategist – Performance‑Driven Paid Media

About the role
We are seeking a Creative Strategist to lead performance‑driven creative work for paid acquisition campaigns. The role is fully remote and part‑time, collaborating with media buyers, copywriters, designers and editors to boost customer acquisition and revenue across digital channels.
Key responsibilities
- Own and lead creative strategy for paid acquisition, focusing on Meta platforms.
- Develop hooks, messaging angles, ad concepts and frameworks that maximise conversions.
- Analyse performance metrics (CTR, CPA, CVR, ROAS) to identify winning strategies.
- Build and manage structured creative testing roadmaps for continuous optimisation.
- Collaborate with copywriters, designers, editors and media buyers to produce high‑performing ad creatives.
- Evaluate campaign results, extract actionable insights and scale top‑performing approaches.
- Experiment with new concepts, messaging and testing methodologies to improve acquisition performance.
Required profile
- Senior‑level experience in performance creative strategy, direct‑response marketing or conversion‑focused copywriting.
- Strong background in paid media, especially Meta advertising; experience with TikTok or YouTube is a plus.
- Proven track record creating high‑converting ad creatives for DTC/B2C brands.
- Deep understanding of direct‑response psychology and consumer behaviour.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced remote environment with strong ownership.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Availability to work within European (GMT) working hours.
- Experience in supplements, wellness, health or nutrition is a strong advantage.
