Creative Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist

About the role

HR On Wheels is looking for a dynamic Creative Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. You will blend content creation, digital campaigns, and sales outreach to attract and convert new customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms, monitoring engagement and optimizing performance.
• Own the full lead‑generation cycle: prospecting, cold calls, follow‑ups, pipeline management and achieving sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and revenue streams.
• Plan and run digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email marketing, influencer collaborations and PR initiatives.
• Create visual assets and graphics to support campaigns using tools such as Canva.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments and enquiries, and nurture audience relationships.
• Support people‑management activities, training, performance monitoring and culture development.
• Coordinate PR, corporate communications, events and external stakeholder engagement.
• Track marketing and sales metrics, analyse results and continuously improve strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in marketing, business development, sales or lead generation.
• Proven ability to generate qualified leads and close sales.
• Highly organised, proactive and target‑driven, able to work independently.

Required skills

• Basic graphic design proficiency with Canva.
• Strong content creation and social media management capabilities.
• Experience with digital advertising, email marketing, influencer marketing and PR.
