Creative Designer (Graphic & Video)

About the role

Smart BeeE Education is seeking a versatile Creative Designer to produce high‑impact graphics and short‑form video content for its global education consultancy. You will work closely with marketing, copywriting and SEO teams to craft visual assets that resonate with Gen‑Z and student audiences across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design eye‑catching social media posts, stories and campaign assets for Smart BeeE.
• Create short‑form video reels, explainers and ads for Meta, YouTube and TikTok.
• Support branding initiatives, including logo, stationery and brand‑guide design.
• Produce ad creatives (static and motion) for performance‑marketing campaigns.
• Develop landing‑page graphics, website banners and email creatives.
• Collaborate with copywriters, SEO specialists and marketing teams to deliver cohesive creative strategies.
• Maintain fast turnaround times while ensuring consistent design quality.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends relevant to Gen‑Z and education audiences.

Required profile

• Strong portfolio showcasing both graphic design and video projects.
• Understanding of social‑platform specifications, visual storytelling and attention‑grabbing composition.
• Experience creating educational or youth‑focused visuals is a plus.
