About the role
BMO Talent Consults is seeking a creative Content Creator to join its Ajah office. You will craft engaging written, visual and multimedia pieces that showcase the firm’s HR consulting expertise and support its digital presence.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, produce and publish content for social media, blog, email campaigns and the corporate website.
- Research HR, workplace culture and business trends, turning insights into clear, audience‑friendly articles and graphics.
- Collaborate with HR consultants and business development teams to develop case studies, thought‑leadership pieces and marketing assets.
- Monitor content performance, analyse metrics and optimise materials for better reach and engagement.
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual style across all channels.
Required profile
- Strong writing and storytelling ability with attention to detail.
- Experience creating content for professional or B2B audiences.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines and work on‑site in Ajah.
- Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Canva or similar design platforms.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Basic experience using a Content Management System (CMS).
