Construction Operations Manager

About the role

The Construction Operations Manager oversees day‑to‑day activities across multiple construction sites in Nigeria, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate project managers, site engineers, foremen, subcontractors, suppliers and logistics teams.
• Monitor site productivity, operational efficiency and prepare regular operational reports.
• Review project plans, schedules, budgets and resource requirements, and ensure proper mobilisation of manpower, equipment and materials.
• Work closely with Finance, Procurement, Warehouse and Logistics to manage expenditures and material deliveries.
• Support supplier and subcontractor evaluation and report delays, risks and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying or related field.
• 8–12 years of construction experience, including 3–5 years in a management position.
• Proven ability to manage multiple construction projects or sites.
