About the role

Genesis Specialist Hospital is seeking a full‑time Clinical Manager to lead day‑to‑day clinical operations at its Ikeja campus. The role focuses on ensuring efficient service delivery, high‑quality patient care, and continuous improvement across multiple specialties, including brain and spine surgery, intensive care, and pain management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinical workflows and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Implement and monitor training programs for nursing and allied health staff.
• Evaluate current care standards and drive quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with physicians, administrators, and support services to meet organizational goals.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Nursing or a related health discipline.
• Strong knowledge of clinical operations and quality‑improvement processes.
• Proven ability to lead training initiatives for healthcare teams.
• Experience in critical‑care or specialized hospital settings is an advantage.
