Cleaning Operations Supervisor

About the role

Our client, a reputable cleaning company, is looking for a proactive Cleaning Operations Supervisor to lead and coordinate cleaning teams in the Agungi, Lekki area of Lagos. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery while maintaining a structured and productive work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate cleaning teams to meet daily operational targets.
• Develop and manage team schedules for seamless workflow.
• Monitor performance, provide constructive feedback, and address challenges promptly.
• Enforce compliance with company policies and cleaning standards.
• Report progress and performance metrics to management regularly.
• Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve client satisfaction.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of standardized processes.

Required profile

• Minimum OND/HND qualification.
• Previous supervisory experience in the cleaning industry.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with competent driving skills.
• Preferred age range 30–40 years (exceptions for outstanding candidates).
• Residence within the Lekki‑Ajah axis for easy commute.
