About the role

VT Markets is looking for a Business Development Manager (or Senior Manager) to lead the expansion of its multi‑asset brokerage services in Nigeria. This strategic leadership position will drive growth, oversee regional operations, and build high‑performing local teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase VT Markets’ market share in Nigeria.
  • Lead acquisition and management of Introducing Brokers (IBs), institutional clients, and strategic partners.
  • Strengthen local brand presence through partnerships, events, and marketing collaborations.
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Compliance, and Customer Support to deliver tailored client experiences.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly performance targets while maintaining high client satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary representative and spokesperson for VT Markets in the local market.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in B2B CFD sales or account management within financial services or trading.
  • Deep understanding of the Nigerian market, client segments, competitor landscape, and regulatory environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of motivating teams and influencing stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written).
