Business Development Manager – Lagos

About the role

Adopas Dedicated Services is seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand its presence in the tourism and travel sector. Based in Lagos, you will be responsible for driving growth through strategic client acquisition and partnership development.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and build relationships with individuals and institutions to promote Adopas services.
• Generate high‑quality leads, follow up diligently, and convert prospects into clients.
• Consistently meet and exceed defined business development targets.
• Maintain a professional, persuasive approach throughout the client acquisition process.
• Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently.
• Develop and implement innovative strategies to accelerate company growth.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum HND or higher qualification in a relevant field.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong capability to work both independently and within a team.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or business‑development targets (advantageous).
