About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth of our real‑estate portfolio in Lekki. The role focuses on expanding the client base, generating high‑quality leads and strengthening our market positioning.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a robust client database and implement effective marketing, sales and public‑relations strategies.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape and new business opportunities.
  • Generate high‑quality leads through digital marketing, networking, referrals and lead‑generation campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Deliver monthly training sessions for realtors and manage realtor groups.
  • Recruit real estate marketing agencies and individual realtors, and maintain active engagement in realtor groups.
  • Build and nurture relationships with real estate professionals, industry influencers and key stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking functions.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Handle client inquiries, objections and concerns professionally.
  • Lead contract negotiations with realtors, agencies and partners.
  • Participate in budget planning and control for business‑development activities.
  • Continuously update personal knowledge through industry training and certifications.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, sales or marketing, preferably within real estate.
  • Strong understanding of real‑estate market trends and property investment.
  • Proven ability to drive sales, develop business opportunities and achieve targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong networking ability with capacity to build long‑term professional relationships.
