Business Development Executive – Manufacturing & Industrial Markets

About the role

Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand its footprint in manufacturing, construction and industrial processing sectors. The role focuses on generating new revenue streams, building strategic client relationships and supporting long‑term growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across manufacturing, construction and related industries.
• Build and maintain relationships with plant managers, procurement officers, operations managers and technical decision‑makers.
• Conduct site visits to assess client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotations, technical proposals, commercial bids and tender submissions.
• Lead pricing negotiations, contract discussions and deal closure.
• Manage long sales cycles, ensuring compliance with technical and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and a robust pipeline.
• Track tender opportunities, RFQs and provide regular market intelligence.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, industry events and manufacturing forums.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Industrial Management or related field.
• 3–5 years proven B2B sales or business development experience in manufacturing, industrial or construction sectors.
• Strong understanding of industrial sales cycles, factory operations and value‑based selling.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
