About the role

Vesla Group Ltd is seeking a creative Brand & Growth Strategist to shape the public voice and digital expansion of the company and its founder. This remote position blends storytelling, audience growth, and AI‑assisted content production across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive brand, content, and growth strategies.
• Manage the digital presence of the founder and the company.
• Create LinkedIn posts, X (Twitter) threads, newsletters, scripts, and campaign assets.
• Transform long‑form content into high‑performing short‑form videos, reels, and graphics.
• Coordinate content scheduling and drive platform growth.
• Support video, reel, and short‑form production workflows.
• Monitor analytics, optimise campaign performance, and report insights.
• Assist with PR, partnership outreach, podcast appearances, and visibility initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong writing and storytelling ability.
• Deep understanding of social media dynamics and audience growth tactics.
• Experience in content strategy and digital marketing.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI‑assisted workflows.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
