Brand Activation Manager

About the role

The Brand Activation Manager will lead on‑ground promotional activities for Shroom Wellness products across Lagos. You will design and execute sampling, roadshows, store openings and other experiential events that drive trial, customer engagement and sales.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver product sampling, supermarket activations, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional events.
• Develop monthly activation calendars for supermarkets, pharmacies, hospitals, gyms, churches and corporate sites.
• Recruit, train and supervise promoters, merchandisers and activation teams.
• Ensure proper product display, pricing, stock and branding at partner outlets.
• Convert tasting interactions into measurable sales and leads.
• Secure activation spaces and coordinate with retail partners and event organisers.
• Manage logistics of products, branded materials, uniforms and sampling supplies.
• Collect customer feedback, leads and sales data during activations.
• Track attendance, performance and expenses; prepare detailed post‑activation reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in brand activation, experiential or field sales.
• Experience in FMCG, food, beverage, wellness or retail preferred.
• Proven ability to manage promoters, sampling campaigns and events.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation and leadership capabilities.
• Ability to handle budgets, stock, vendors and logistics across multiple locations.
• Energetic, organised, commercially minded and comfortable working in the field.
• Willingness to work occasional weekends and public holidays.
• Good knowledge of Lagos and ability to travel between activation sites.
