Auditor (Kano)

About the role

The company is seeking an Auditor to lead and execute its annual audit programme across financial and operational functions. The role involves assessing controls, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement within a pharma‑tech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual audit plan covering key operational and financial areas.
• Conduct risk‑based audit procedures to test controls, verify compliance and uncover process gaps.
• Identify potential risks, recommend corrective actions and ensure adherence to relevant laws and policies.
• Prepare clear audit reports with findings and recommendations for senior management.
• Collaborate with business units to implement process improvements and monitor corrective actions.
• Assist in special investigations related to fraud, unethical behaviour or policy breaches.
• Stay updated on evolving audit standards and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of professional auditing experience.
• Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls and risk management.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.
• High attention to detail, strong ethical standards and commitment to confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and audit‑specific software tools.
