About the role
We are looking for an Account Manager / Merchant Success professional who will act as the primary liaison between our merchants and our product team. The successful candidate will understand the needs of both new and existing customers and help them achieve their business goals using our platform.
Key responsibilities
- Work cross‑functionally with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment on customer success initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Conduct on‑site visits to clients to assess usage, address challenges, and propose enhancements.
- Monitor and report on account health metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in account management or a client‑facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel for client visits.
